We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to grow and manage a successful sales team!
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience as a Sales Manager for a Real Estate Agency in Dubai.
Preferably a European or British national.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
Proven track record of selling off-plan and resales in Dubai.
Extensive knowledge of the Dubai Market and off-plan Projects.
Ability to motivate the team.
Driven by results, you are able to set targets.
Extremely positive attitude and high energy.
You are focused, driven and know how to get the best out of people
Excellent phone & communication skills
A high level of English (spoken & written) is essential
Other languages would be an advantage
ROLE :
Responsible for training & managing the Sales Team.
Set monthly targets for yourself & your team and track progress.
Daily calls / meetings with Sales Team to assist with deals & monitor progress.
Manage, distribute and track leads generated by company.
Ability to network with your own existing clients to generate business.
Lead the way by consistently closing your own deals (off-plan or resale).
Stay up to date with market trends & industry changes.
Arrange regular meetings with Developers for training in latest launches.
Work closely with marketing team to analyse leads & discuss new opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
Operate at a high level of integrity & honesty.
