Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead and oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting quotas, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Set individual sales targets with the sales team. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Industry-specific sales experience (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, software). Experience in leading cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Conditions:

Full-time position. May require travel to meet clients or attend industry events. Office-based with fieldwork depending on the business model.
