Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for independently managing all business activities, including market research, client relationship management, sales operations, and coordination with manufacturers. The role requires a proactive individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously while reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Business Development
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients, targeting sustainable business growth. Understand customer needs and industry trends to tailor solutions accordingly.

Client Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Engage in deep-level client communication to identify needs and expand cooperation. Present and introduce the company and its capabilities to potential clients.

Sales & Contract Management
Lead contract negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and close deals. Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery according to client requirements. Manage billing, payment collection, and post-sale support.

Operations & Coordination
Liaise with manufacturers for technical validations, production planning, and scheduling. Monitor order progress, expedite shipments, and ensure quality compliance. Address and resolve any quality discrepancies or customer complaints.

Client Engagement
Organize and support client visits, inspections, and audits.

General Support
Execute other tasks as assigned by the Director or General Manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of the company's products or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and client-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Education: Bachelor's degree

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
