We are seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Manager

to lead our business development and sales efforts in AMC Cleaning & Building Maintenance and Interior Fitouts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive growth through strategic planning and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the Annual Maintenance Contracts and Interior Fitout sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property developers. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in sales, preferably in AMC Cleaning, Building Maintenance, or Interior Fitouts. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent presentation skills and professional demeanor. Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
