Arabzone Properties is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the real estate sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategic plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of at least 10 real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders. Analyse market trends and adjust sales approaches to maximize opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance, setting targets and providing regular updates to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote real estate projects. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and improve customer engagement. Organize and oversee property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients. Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing excellent service. Keep track of competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations for business growth. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within the sales team.

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading a team of 10 or more agents. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, local laws, and industry best practices. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and a professional network. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools
