Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


1. Generating leads, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.

2. Driving sales by exhibiting commercial skills with respect to all sales activities in order to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.

3. Finding growth opportunities and constantly developing the same through proactive approach.

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing key clients in the Oil & Gas sector and also build new potential client base.

5. Working closely with the tendering team & the projects team to ensure the project and client commitments are met.

6. Understanding the market, competitions and the industry trends to adjust the sales strategies accordingly.

7. Preparing reports, sales presentations to clients, providing timely insights for efficient results and continuous improvement.

8. UAE market primarily along with few other regions assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Skills



1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

2. 8 to 10 years of proven experience in similar role within the Oil & Gas industry, having gulf or UAE work experience is preferred.

3. Strong understanding of the oilfield equipment manufacturing and service business and its applications.

4. Excellent communication, commercial acumen, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills organized, and detail orientated.

6. Self-initiative, team player, focused and target driven.
