Job Description

Sebastian & Wolf Real Estate is seeking an experienced and ambitious Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and expand the company's sales division in Dubai. The role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the local market, strong team management capabilities, and a hands-on approach to driving revenue growth through structured planning and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead the real estate sales team from the ground up, including recruitment, onboarding, and training Set monthly and quarterly KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance through regular reviews Prepare and present quarterly business plans and performance reports to the CEO and COO Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives in alignment with company goals Oversee sales activities across off-plan and secondary market listings Monitor and manage team performance using CRM tools and reporting dashboards Ensure the team maintains high standards of client service, lead follow-up, and deal closure Collaborate closely with the marketing and lead generation teams to maximize conversion rates Identify gaps in performance and provide coaching, tools, and support to improve results Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitive activity in Dubai's real estate market
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate market Proven experience in building, scaling, and managing successful real estate sales teams Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws, developers, and sales cycles Professional, organized, and target-driven Valid UAE driving license
