Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the car rental or automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer experience. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management role. Experience in the car rental or automotive industry is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
