Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales objectives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent achievement of targets. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and lead generation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors. Ensure the team complies with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
