Job Description

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Analyze sales data and report on performance to senior management. Set individual sales targets and evaluate team performance. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity. Fixed Salary + commission
