As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a dynamic sales team, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth by capitalizing on market opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in achieving sales targets, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
o Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
o Set clear sales targets and KPIs; monitor and evaluate team performance.
o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities; expand the client base.
o Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
o Provide exceptional customer service; address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
o Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
o Ensure adherence to all local real estate laws and regulations.
o Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance) to streamline processes.
o Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
