Experience

: 2+ years in sales, retail, or customer service

Key Skills:

1-3 years in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with live chat and real-time customer support Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and sales optimization

Responsibilities:

Manage live chat support and customer assistance Oversee order processing and optimize online store performance Structure offline retail operations (merchandising & customer service) Maintain and use CRM systems for customer data Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality Prepare sales reports (revenue, volume, AOV) Coordinate sales events and seasonal promotions Handle complaints and manage returns Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods Manage basic financial documentation Monitor product quality control
