Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving company revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales strategies, team leadership, and market dynamics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and support. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Budget Management: Oversee the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience required in the Printer Toner Industry.

Skills:

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE driving license is required.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
