Job Description

One of a leading Real Estate Developer having boutique projects in UAE and they are urgently looking for Sales Manager with 3-5 yrs of experience in ( developer )real estate / real estate brokerage firms to join their team.

Location : Dubai

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

Furthermore, the role involves conducting thorough research on property listings, providing expert consultation to prospective clients, accompanying them to property sites, discussing sales terms, and preparing comprehensive real estate contracts.

KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES



Develop and execute sales strategies to attract investors and buyers, driving revenue growth.

Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors to generate long-term business opportunities. Conduct client meetings to present real estate opportunities and address investment needs. Understand client preferences and requirements to recommend suitable properties. o Guide buyers through property visits and inspections, providing expert insights on value and suitability. Oversee deal closings, ensuring seamless document signing and fund disbursement. Stay updated on market trends to identify potential investors and secure brokerage deals. Maintain high performance standards to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Represent the company in special promotions, sales exhibitions, and industry events.

Educational Qualification & Certifications:



Must have a Diploma /Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required.

Work Experience:



Minimum of 5+ years of real estate sales Strong track record of sales success and leadership in a real estate developer environment. Extensive experience and thorough understanding of the GCC and UAE real estate market.

Able to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
