Location: Al Qouz, Dubai

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for sales-driven campaigns. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

The candidate should possess:

Proven track record of Min 2 years of Outdoor Sales experience in the Furniture/Fit out Industry . Proven experience in sales management with a track record of success. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
