Job Description

Our client is a leading UAE-based professional association within the facilities management sector. They are fully established within the region and have members throughout the GCC, including local, international, government, and semi-government companies. They are currently recruiting for a Membership and Growth Manager (Sales) to join their team in Dubai. This role is key to achieving financial targets, developing growth strategies, and enhancing the organization's reach through proactive efforts, efficient collections, and expanding a strong professional network. In addition, the Membership and Growth Manager will manage and oversee new initiatives and programs, ensuring they drive growth and align with the organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented individual with exceptional sales and relationship management skills. This position requires regular travel to foster regional connections by attending meetings, events, conferences, workshops, etc.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English languages. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent relationship management skills.
