, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales operations, developing effective strategies, and leading a high-performing team to achieve company targets. This role requires a proactive leader who can cultivate client relationships, mentor sales agents, and contribute to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team targets. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales campaigns. Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management. Conduct training and coaching to enhance team performance and development. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
