We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to join our team and drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:

Create and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business.

Market Research:

Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

Contract Negotiation:

Draft and finalize contracts while ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.

Collaboration:

Work closely with event planners, marketing teams, and vendors to deliver flawless events.

Report and Track Performance:

Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry in Dubai.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong networking abilities and market knowledge of the UAE. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
