Job Purpose:
Acquiring and maintaining customers and agents for Residential interior design services through direct sales in addition to other sales channels
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities are:
Main Activities:
Participation in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan.
Qualifying prospects, introducing them to Zen Interiors and determining their requirements, through direct sales, agents, social media, and other channels.
Conduct on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, assistance in sales prospecting, attending network events, etc.
Acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explaining how we work.
Setting and achieving targets and objectives as agreed with Head of Sales.
Initiate, prepare and negotiate proposals with customers for products and services.
Monitoring established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Developing potential customer lists to develop sales opportunities using available information and through market research.
Attending weekly sales meeting and providing sales report to Head of Sales.
Developing and supervising preparation of sales materials.
Liaising with the operations department regarding execution and planning of projects.
Maintain accurate and up to date database within relevant software programs
Arrange final handover of projects
Arrange to get and analyze feedback from customers
Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

UAE sales experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
