We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager (Arabic & English Speaker) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and management within the UAE and will be responsible for driving the sales team to achieve targets and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Salary: AED 10,000 per month
Location: Trade Center 1, Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai UAE
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring high performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
Handle negotiations and close sales transactions effectively.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Provide training and guidance to sales agents to enhance skills and productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
