Position Overview:



As a Sales Manager at Escapar Travel and Tourism, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by leading the sales team and managing key client relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their travel requirements.

Sales Target Achievement:

Set and monitor sales targets for the team, evaluating performance against targets and taking corrective actions as needed.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Sales Presentations:

Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services to win new business.

Negotiations:

Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Reporting:

Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to the management team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients.

Budget Management:

Manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing cost-efficiency.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs of the sales team and organize training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within the travel and tourism industry. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends and market dynamics. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
