Job Description
We are seeking a
Sales Manager
with a strong background inInterior Design, Fit-Out, or Maintenance
sales. The ideal candidate istarget-driven

of leading sales efforts and closing high-value deals.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to align on client proposals Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the
interior design, fit-out, or maintenance industry
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Leadership experience is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset UAE driving license is preferredCompensation & Benefits:
