Job Description

We are a leading AUTO SPARE PARTS company in UAE,OMAN,QATAR currently recruiting for EXPORT SALES MANAGER.

Any Graduation

Experience : 4-5 years

Auto spare parts (heavy vehicles) related experience advantage

Any nationality

Salary: AED 7,000 - 8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies Build and maintain strong client relationships Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management Train and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Target-driven with a proactive approach UAE experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
