Role Description- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and leading a sales team to achieve targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, providing support to marketing initiatives, and generating regular sales reports.
Qualifications - Proven experience in sales management and developing successful sales strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience with market research and generating sales reports Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus.
