Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager specializing in the service and repair of Rotating Equipment components. If you have in-depth knowledge in the maintenance, repair, and reverse engineering of pumps, compressors, and turbines, this could be the ideal role for you. It gives you significant travel opportunities initially across the Middle East and GCC, with potential to expand across other regions across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

Perform repair and maintenance of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and turbines. Conduct reverse engineering tasks when necessary to restore or upgrade components. Provide technical expertise and guidance on the repair, service, and optimization of rotating equipment. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements. Contribute to the sales and promotion of rotating equipment components, parts, and services. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met. Preferred Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on experience in rotating equipment services and repair, particularly pumps, compressors, and turbines. Experience in EPC and End User industries globally (Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing, Marine, etc.). Strong technical background in rotating equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex components. Experience in selling rotating equipment components, parts, repair, and services. Knowledge and experience in the Middle East market is mandatory; experience in Africa and other global regions is highly preferred. Desired Skills:

Familiarity with reverse engineering of rotating equipment components is a plus. Prior exposure to industry-leading companies. Ability to travel frequently across the Middle East and other regions. Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Extensive experience in rotating equipment services. Strong communication and customer service skills. Benefits:
