We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to be part of our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for all projects in Kerala and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager should be a self starter, have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A valid UAE driving licence is a must. Salary plus incentives are provided.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of

3-5 years

of experience in sales Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of real estate market trends and sales best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
