Required for a Dubai based organization with their own manufactured products in the Construction Equpments and specialty chemicals category such as Adhesives, Waterproofing, Sealants, Coatings, etc. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers to promote our products and services.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our shades and tents solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients in a timely manner.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, including site visits, product training, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Generating leads specially in Project Sales through contractors and consultants
- Sample submissions and getting them approved
- Commercial quotations preparations and submissions
- Carrying our negotiations and price finalizations
- successfully concluding sales deals
- Projects (Construction Chemicals): 2 years (Required)
- English , Arabic (is a plus)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Project Sales & Trading: 1 year (Required)
