MaSs Production (Qatar, Saudi)
MaSs Production, a leading events, exhibitions, and production company in Qatar, is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager - Events to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong network, proven sales track record, and a deep understanding of event, exhibition, and production services.
Responsibilities
Lead B2B sales for events, exhibitions, production, and contracting services.
Identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.
Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues, and partners.
Prepare proposals, budgets, and commercial offers in coordination with operations and production teams.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets with clear reporting.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive repeat business.
Work closely with management to develop sales strategy and pricing.
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, production, or marketing agencies.
Strong understanding of exhibition contracting, booth production, fabrication, branding, and event management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Existing client network in Qatar is a strong advantage.
Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
