Ability to do planning, organizing, directing, building teams, following up, controlling, and continuous appraisal to his sales team, region, and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven track record in
Real Estate Sales Management
, with a focus on international markets.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Gulf real estate market and industry trends.
Enough knowledge to use and deal with the ERP and CRM systems in general.
In-depth knowledge of selling performance analysis and improving whether preventive or corrective.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
