Job Title: Sales Manager

(Arabic Speaking)

Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction Analyze sales performance data to make informed business decisions Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and performance Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels Coordinate with the merchandising team to maintain an attractive showroom

Qualifications:

Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory

Proven experience as a Sales manager or similar role in the fashion industry

Experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for fashion and customer service

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
