Job description



Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed company revenue goals. Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set individual and team sales targets. Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to client conversion. Handle escalated client inquiries and manage relationships with high-value clients. Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as operations to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in immigration laws and policies to adapt sales strategies as needed. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Minimum requirement



A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience at least 2 years in a sales management role, with specific experience in the immigration. Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa processes, and regulations for key destination countries. Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

* Immigration: 2 years (Preferred)
