Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental goals.

Develop and execute sales strategies for fire protection systems and solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Oversee tendering, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for the sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in the fire protection industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of NFPA, Civil Defense regulations, and fire protection systems.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple projects.

sales of fire protection products: 8 years (Required)
License/Certification:

Mechanical Engineering Certificate (Required) Qatar Driving License (Required) * QCDD Certificate (Preferred)
