We are looking to hire an Automotive Sales Manager who drives sales strategies, fosters customer relationships, and ensures the achievement of sales targets. This role is essential for maintaining a competitive edge in the automotive market and contributes significantly to the company's overall success. Your job position will involve interaction with key stakeholders the Automotive Sales Manager interacts with include the sales team, senior management, marketing department, and external clients. This role holds a significant position in our company structure, reporting directly to the Sales Director or General Manager.o Experience in leading sales teams in similar industries, handling large accounts, or executing strategic sales plans. o Holding advanced sales certifications, leadership training programs, or specialized education in sales management. o Familiarity with emerging trends in automotive technology, AI tools for sales optimization, automation solutions, or other industry-specific advancements. o Demonstrated experience in scaling sales operations, expanding into global markets, or implementing successful process improvements in sales strategies. o Active participation in industry conferences, speaker panels, publications related to sales management, or contributions to thought leadership in the automotive sector. o Additional foreign language proficiency if required for global client interactions and business expansion.
