Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, achieve targets, and grow our customer base. The role includes developing sales strategies, training and motivating the team, closing sales through one-to-one meetings, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team. Develop strategies to increase sales. Find new customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones. Close sales through direct one-to-one meetings with clients. Monitor team performance and report results. Work with marketing to promote products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales management.

Valid QID & Driving License - Mandatory.

Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (CRM & MS Office).

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
