The business is largely focused in the data centre sector which is seeing unprecedented growth with a forecast to see continued growth over coming years. The business operates out of Dublin, servicing customers and clients across key markets including Dublin, London, Nordics, Middle East, Netherlands, and Germany. Purpose of Statement:
We are recruiting a motivated, ambitious, and energetic Sales Manager to join our team. If you want to work alongside a team of dynamic individuals in an energetic and fast-paced environment where customer focus is essential, Kingspan Tate is the place for you! Your role will be to identify new clients and business opportunities within the Data Centre sector and to help the commercial team achieve and exceed their sales and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty is maintained. This is a client-facing role with a combination of account management and new business generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers in the GCC and will be responsible for business development and new account creation within the Data Centre segment The successful candidate will identify new customers and channels to increase market share, outlining and implementing of annual business plans for the marketing and sales department to achieve sales in-line with corporate strategic objectives. The role also includes the maintenance of existing customers and accounts and will consist of regular travel within the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities with potential customers.
  • Work with a cross-functional group including engineers, manufacturing, sales, purchasing and product management personnel to carry out project requirements in line with new product development processes and systems.
  • Responsible for driving sales through links with industry partners.
  • Collect market/competitive benchmark data and regularly review with the management team(s).
  • Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits.
  • Prepare accurate and appropriate specifications for all Kingspan raised access systems and products with local Architectural and design consultancies.
  • To meet budgets and agreed targets with profitable growth for long term sustainability.
  • Ensure effective marketing, offer submission, customer follow -ups and negotiations leading to the successful acquisition of orders.
  • Develop new and existing business promoting the company's full range of products, contractors as well as Architects.
  • Build strong relationships with new customers and existing clients.
  • Actively promote products through seminars promotions, presentations, exhibitions etc.
  • Actively target competitor-friendly architects and customers to convert projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building material products, market intelligence, industry trends and competition in the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets as set out by the senior management team.
  • Overseeing & organising the various project work streams to ensure successful project delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a Sales/Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Solid professional experience in a sales role within the construction industry.
  • Previous data centre sales experience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to confidently and positively present at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships and a commercial focus, while managing multiple projects.
