Your role includes managing the P&L, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing sales productivity, and maintaining accurate reporting through MIS and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the P&L for credit card sales within Sharaf DG stores
Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams to improve productivity, conversion rates, and card mix quality
Ensure high standards of compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes
Drive premium card sales and maintain strong approval rates across assigned locations
Monitor and reconcile daily and monthly MIS with partner banks to track sales and avoid revenue leakage
Share sales performance and reporting updates with internal stakeholders regularly
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from partner banks or vendors
Build and maintain relationships with third-party staffing providers and bank representatives
Identify and act on opportunities to expand retail banking sales presence across new locations
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card sales within the banking sector
Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team
Proficient in Excel and data-driven reporting
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
