Monitor team performance and ensure high productivity Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide training, coaching, and support to Team Leaders and sales agents.Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth understanding of 5 years UAE banking and credit card marketing. Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Experience Required:
Proven experience in
credit card sales
within UAE banking. Strong knowledge of UAE marketing and banking practices.Location:Dubai
