Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Manager- Crane.

As Sales Manager (Crane), your primary objective is to expand our Crane division business beyond its current size. You will drive significant business growth, increase sales revenue, and enhance our market presence by developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and fine-tuning product and service offerings. You will build and maintain strong client relationships with existing and new clients, build and manage the sales team, and continuously improve sales processes. Collaborating with marketing, production, and procurement teams, you will ensure product offerings meet market demands and are delivered on time. You will also prepare and manage the sales budget, conduct pricing analysis, and negotiate favorable contracts. Your role includes developing strategies to enter new territories, leading marketing and business development initiatives, and forging strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:



Within the Crane Sector: Achieve & Grow business turnover and profitability objectives. Grow Customer Networking within the industry. Effectively manage existing clients and develop new relationships and business. Develop new opportunities that may arise through previous experiences. Align with the team to develop new products, new services, and regions. Devise sales strategies to promote both existing and newly developed products & services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Provide product training to the sales team to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness in promoting products. Craft persuasive sales pitches specifically tailored to subcontractors. Identify and prioritize subcontractors aligning with the target market. Introduce new or alternate suppliers to our existing or new products with the Crane Sector.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional sales or industry-specific certifications would be advantageous.

Experience:



Minimum 5 years of sales management experience within the crane or heavy machinery sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
