Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting corporate clients and government bodies. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships. Lead high-value negotiations and close contracts. Maintain deep knowledge of products/services and how they align with client needs.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Team Leadership & Performance Management



Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives or account managers. Set sales targets and monitor team performance. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.

Bid and Tender Management



Identify and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and government tenders. Collaborate with proposal and legal teams to ensure timely and competitive submissions. Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and documentation.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. Use CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and customer interactions.
