Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives or account managers.

Bid and Tender Management
Identify and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and government tenders.
Collaborate with proposal and legal teams to ensure timely and competitive submissions.
Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and documentation.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Use CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and customer interactions.
