As we continue to expand our manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for an
aggressive and results-driven Sales Manager
to lead business development efforts in the
contract manufacturing sector
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for
contract filling and private label manufacturing
, including institutional buyers, distributors, and brand owners.
Develop tailored
B2B sales strategies
to promote Hygiene Fresh's
contract manufacturing solutions
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their product needs and providing customized solutions.
Collaborate with
R&D and production teams
to offer innovative and cost-effective contract filling services.
Conduct
market research
to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term partnerships to maximize revenue and profitability.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from order placement to delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Proven experience in
B2B sales and business development in contract manufacturing, private label, or a similar industry
.
Strong understanding of
filling and packaging processes
for aerosols, detergents, and chemicals.
Experience working with
institutional clients, distributors, or HoReCa suppliers
.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
