Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and close deals with VIP and high-net-worth clients for events.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring business.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with the events and operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or related sectors.
Strong and confident personality with a polished, pleasing demeanor.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE
driver's license
is required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates of Syrian nationality.
