· Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
· Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.

· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile · Nationality: Chinese national (mandatory). · Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required). · Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. o Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or solutions sales domain. o Preferred UAE or GCC experience. · Industry Expertise: o Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing. o Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus. · Other Skills: o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Strong understanding of enterprise client management. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
