Sales Manager - Chemicals & Consumer Products

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales and operations team in the fast-paced consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market growth, developing strategic sales plans, and overseeing the entire sales cycle for our portfolio of chemical, home care, DIY, and innovative consumer products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Oversee daily sales operations and team performance, providing coaching and mentorship to achieve KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and B2B clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the sales department.
• Ensure team adherence to compliance and safety standards, particularly for chemical products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the chemicals, home care, DIY, or FMCG sectors.
• Demonstrable success in developing strategies and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the GCC market and distribution networks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
