Responsibilities
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred)
3-7 years in sales management within the chemical or petrochemical industry
Proven track record in customer relationship management and deal negotiation
Technical & Skills
Strong understanding of catalysts, ethylene processes, and reactor operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Language & Other
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel frequently across the region
