Hiring Sales Manager - Caffe for one of our clients based in Dubai

R.eports To: Regional Sales Head / General Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing day-to-day sales operations across multiple coffee retail outlets. This role involves leading the sales team, developing strategic plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning
o Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase footfall.

o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

o Forecast sales performance and set individual and store-wide sales targets.

Team Management
o Lead, motivate, and train store sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet KPIs.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when needed.

o Coordinate with HR for hiring and onboarding of sales staff.

Retail Operations Support
o Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high store standards, product availability, and adherence to brand guidelines.

o Assist in planning and executing product promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.

o Ensure that visual merchandising is aligned with marketing strategies.

Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.

o Address and resolve customer complaints or feedback to enhance satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis
o Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.

o Monitor sales metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of sales experience in the retail/F&B sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions. Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and retail analytics platforms.
