Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the crypto space.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
Work closely with leadership to align BD efforts with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, investors, exchanges, and other stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and maintain long-term engagement.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business growth.
Partnership Development:
Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances.
Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Work with internal teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in Business Development, preferably in the
crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3 industry
.
Communication:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Network:
Strong professional network within the crypto/blockchain ecosystem is a plus.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to create and execute BD strategies that deliver measurable results.
Analytical Skills:
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and solve problems.
Flexibility:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, Web3 ecosystems, and blockchain technology.
