The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential customers and building relationships with key decision-makers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, including sales forecasts and pipeline analysis Manage and allocate sales budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment

Requirements:

3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a related industry such as home decor or landscaping Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends, and make informed decisions based on that analysis Strong negotiation and closing skills Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
