Job Description

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Leads the organization in terms of revenue generation

• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

• Researching prospective accounts in target markets

• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

• Developing proposals for prospective clients and partners

• Setting goals for the business and developing strategies to meet those goals

• Oversees the sales activities and training of staff

• Communicates the business's KPls and targets with the team

• Analyze patterns in market behavior

• Defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.

• Requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze the market and find the best possible ways to grow.

• Attending conferences and industry events

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Prior 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferably a theme park, amusement ride, or adventure sports

• Arabic national preferably Lebanese and Fluent in English

• UAE driving license is a must and has own car

• Comfortable to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays

• Natural leadership abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Computer literacy skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people

• Excellent in growing revenue and creating new income streams

• Top notch in creating networks that lead to business and revenue growth

• Ability to problem-solve

• Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
