Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing proposals for prospective clients and partners
Setting goals for the business and developing strategies to meet those goals
Oversees the sales activities and training of staff
Communicates the business's KPls and targets with the team
Analyze patterns in market behavior
Defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.
Requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze the market and find the best possible ways to grow.
Attending conferences and industry events
Sales Manager Requirements:
Prior 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferably a theme park, amusement ride, or adventure sports
Arabic national preferably Lebanese and Fluent in English
UAE driving license is a must and has own car
Comfortable to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays
Natural leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
Excellent in growing revenue and creating new income streams
Top notch in creating networks that lead to business and revenue growth
Ability to problem-solve
Ability to multitask
