About Us:

Megacom Media LLC is a leading large-format printing and signage company based in Dubai, specializing in innovative digital signage solutions and traditional signage products. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Digital Signage & Signage Division and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities in both digital signage and traditional signage markets. Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align product offerings with client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in signage, digital signage, or related industries in the UAE/GCC. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong network of clients within retail, corporate, hospitality, or real estate sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. UAE driving license is mandatory.
