: Sales Manager & Customer Service Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Establish sales personally and subsequently develop a sales team later.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and sales channels to maximize sales growth.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Oversee the customer service department to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product/service offerings.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
- Develop annual sales budgets, forecasts, and plans in alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends and mitigate risks.
- Driving license is a must.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in Sales and customer service roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Sales: 4 years (Required)
- Shipping & Logistics Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
- English compulsory with Hindi Tamil Malayalam as advantage (Required)
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
- 75% (Preferred)
